Luckily the Marmot Men's Precip Jacket is designed to protect you against wet weather and is known for being easily compressible. Designed with Precip Dry Touch technology and taped seam construction this Jacket's Guaranteed to keep you dry. The Precip Jacket is also conveniently lightweight and breathable. This Jacket features Angel-Wing Movement so you have full-range arm motion without having to worry about the Jacket riding up. The hemline and cuffs are adjustable in case you need a snugger fit in the event of more stormy weather. Since this Jacket is so compressible it's ideal for travel and outdoor activity. On the road or on the trail the Precip Jacket is great for the unexpected.
The key to PreCip? is its barrier technology: a microporous polyurethane that is impregnated with silicon dioxide particles. These particles create small numerous, very consistent holes that allow the barrier to pass small water vapor molecules but not the bigger liquid ones. This keeps the rain out while letting your sweat vapor work its way outside, away from your body, to keep you dry from the inside as well as from the outside. PreCip? rainwear is compressible enough to stuff into a water bottle and comes in enough colors and styles to travel with you anywhere? to the mountains, the city or overseas.
